Total Fees. Subject to clause 7, the fees are fixed and will not change unless agreed in writing between the parties. The Authority will not be liable to pay the Provider any fees or charges for the services other than the fees.

Total Fees. Even though there is no top-out or maximum amount guaranteed or implied in our estimation of our total fees owing, some basic budgeting assumptions have proven to be historically accurate in over 300 projects:
Total Fees. Both the member monthly fee and the deposit must be submitted prior to a new member moving into the house. If a new member is not able to pay the full amount prior to moving in, the deposit may be split in half in which half is due on the first day of moving in and the second half is due 14 days after moving in. There must be substantial proof to allow a deposit to be split into half amounts.
