Use of Grant. 4.1 The Grant shall be used by the Recipient for the delivery of the Project in accordance with the agreed budget set out in Schedule 3. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount of the Grant that the Recipient may spend on any item of expenditure listed in column 1 of Schedule 3 shall not exceed the corresponding sum of money listed in column 2 without the prior written agreement of the Funder.

Use of Grant. The Recipient shall use the Grant Award solely for the purposes and in the manner described in Exhibit A - Statement of Work and Project Timeline (the "Project"). Adjustments to Proposed Project Timelines may be requested in writing to the Committee and recommended to the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners. These recommendations may be granted or denied at the discretion of the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners.
Use of Grant. Funds for any provisions not provided for under this Contract may be deemed as a breach which may result in termination of this Contract.
Use of Grant. Funds Grantee agrees that grant funds will be used in accordance with the terms of this Grant Award Contract. Awarded grant funds shall be used solely for eligible purposes as approved by the Board. Line item funding is considered estimates of costs; however, the total project costs are considered exact and shall not be exceeded by the Grantee unless this Grant Award Contract is amended in a Grant Award Contract Amendment. Substandard performance by Grantee of its obligations under this Grant Award Contract as determined by the Board will constitute noncompliance with this Grant Award Contract. Any deviation or failure to comply with the purpose and/or conditions of this Grant Award Contract by Grantee without prior written approval of the Board may constitute sufficient reason for the Board to terminate this Grant Award Contract, revoke the grant, require the return of all unspent funds, perform an audit of expended funds, and require the return of any previously spent funds that are determined by the Board to have been spent in violation of the purpose or conditions of this Grant Award Contract.
Use of Grant. The Grant shall be used by the Recipient for costs incurred in connection with the delivery of the Project which: are listed in the Project proposal in Schedule 1 or otherwise agreed in writing with the Project Manager; and (in either event) meet the definition of Eligible Costs. The Recipient shall not use the Grant to pay for any expenditure commitments of the Recipient entered into or accruing before the Commencement Date, unless this has been approved in writing by RSSB. The Recipient shall not spend any part of the Grant on the delivery of the Project after the Grant Period. Should any part of the Grant remain unspent at the end of the Grant Period, the Recipient shall ensure that any unspent monies are returned to RSSB. Any liabilities arising at the end of the Project including any redundancy liabilities for staff employed by the Recipient to deliver the Project must be managed and paid for by the Recipient. There will be no additional funding available from RSSB for this purpose. Accounts and records Where any element of the Grant is paid in advance, such Grant shall be treated for the purposes of the Recipient's accounts as a restricted fund and shall not be included under general funds. The Recipient shall keep separate, accurate and up-to-date accounts and records of the receipt and expenditure of the Grant monies received by it. The Recipient shall keep all invoices, receipts, and accounts and any other relevant documents relating to the expenditure of the Grant for a period of at least six years following receipt of any Grant monies to which they relate. RSSB shall have the right to review, at RSSB's reasonable request, the Recipient's accounts and records that relate to the expenditure of the Grant and shall have the right to take copies of such accounts and records. The Recipient shall provide RSSB with a copy of its annual accounts upon RSSBs request. The Recipient shall comply and facilitate RSSB's compliance with all statutory requirements as regards accounts, audit or examination of accounts, annual reports and annual returns applicable to itself and RSSB.

Use of Grant. The Grantee agrees to use the Grant solely for costs and expenses incurred and paid by the Grantee for the performance of the Project subject to and in accordance with this Agreement and the Program Guidelines. The Grantee further agrees that the Grant shall only be used in accordance with the attached budget in the amounts for each line item as set forth therein. The Grantee agrees that the Project shall be administered and performed under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable laws including any applicable provisions of the Code of the City of Hallandale. Grantee represents that Grantee possesses the licenses, permits and approvals required by applicable laws to conduct and carry on its business including a valid 501(c)(3) exemption issued by the IRS, which exemption has not been revoked, rescinded, terminated, altered or modified prior to the Effective Date. As a condition to disbursing the Grant, Grantee shall provide the CRA with copies of all such licenses, permits and approvals as well as the applicable 501(c)(3) exemption letter. During the term of this Agreement, Grantee shall have an ongoing obligation to immediately provide the CRA with copies of any notices or documentation affecting (or setting forth an intent to affect) such licenses, permits and approvals and/or 501(c)(3) exemption; it being understood and agreed by the Grantee that the issuance and effectiveness of such licenses, permits and approvals and 501(c)(3) exemption are material to Grantee’s eligibility to receive the Grant. The failure to maintain the licenses, permits and approvals and/or the 501(c)(3) exemption shall be considered a material default of this Agreement entitling the CRA to is rights and remedies set forth in Section 8 below.
Use of Grant. 7.1 Neither the Fellowship Applicant nor the Institution shall use the Grant for any purpose other than the performance of the Training and the Project in accordance with the Approved Budget and this Agreement.
