Service Documentation. The “Service Documentation” includes;
Service Documentation. Aptum will provide the Services, including the applicable support as specified in the applicable Service Documentation. Parties agree that such Service Documentation sets forth the exclusive Service performance warranty terms of Aptum.
Service Documentation. Service Documentation may be amended by Aptum to reflect updates to the Branded Products by notice to the Customer.
Service Documentation. 1. Service Providers are expected to utilize measured program and service delivery outcomes in order to enhance service delivery. Performance improvement and corrective action plans closing the identified performance gaps shall be provided to the Recipient on a quarterly basis. Submission dates shall be as established by the Recipient’s Office. Failure to provide the required reports shall be considered as non-compliance with this Contract and may result in the withholding of payment for services or termination of this Contract.
Service Documentation. 1. The Service Units will be tracked to determine Quality Assurance, productivity, and for reporting purposes only.
Service Documentation. Company will supply Reseller, one set of documentation with the initial delivery of Product. Reseller may purchase reasonable additional quantities of documentation for Reseller's internal use only at company's then prevailing prices. With reasonable lead-time, company shall deliver to Reseller artwork for reproduce and publish portions of said documentation for incorporation in Reseller's own User Manual and Field Maintenance Manual(s). such manual(s) of Reseller shall bear a copyright notice of Reseller provided, however, that any copyright interest of Reseller therein shall be subordinate to any existing copyright interest of Company or such other author as Company may designate. * Confidential information has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.
Service Documentation. The Contractor agrees to maintain program records required by MDHHS, program statistical records required by MDHHS, and to produce program narrative and statistical data at times prescribed by, and on forms furnished by, MDHHS.
Service Documentation. Subject to Your compliance with Sections 3, 4, and 10, Webroot hereby grants to You, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right during the Term to download a reasonable number of copies of the Service Documentation and to use such copies solely for Your internal business purposes in connection with Your authorized use of the DNS Services.

Client’s use of the Services is governed by this Master Agreement and the following documents (collectively, the “Service Documentation”), all of which are incorporated by reference into this Master Agreement (as applicable): • Service Descriptions; • Service Selection Forms; • setup and security instructions and procedures; and • user guides, questionnaires, and other instructions and manuals for Services provided by Bank (as updated from time to time, “User Guides”). If there is any conflict between any term or provision of the Service Documentation for a particular Service and the terms and provisions of this Master Agreement, the Service Documentation will control with respect to such Service to the extent of such conflict. If there is any conflict among the Service Documentation for a particular Service, the Service Description will control to the extent of the conflict. Terms which are defined in this Master Agreement have the given meaning when used in the Service Documentation unless otherwise specified. All deposit account(s) that are enrolled in the Services (the “Accounts”) will remain subject to the applicable deposit account agreement (“Account Agreement”) and Client’s use of the Services will also be governed by such Account Agreement, which is incorporated by reference in this Master Agreement. If there is any conflict between the applicable Account Agreement and this Master Agreement or any Service Documentation, then this Master Agreement or the Service Documentation controls. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given in the applicable Account Agreement.
