PURPOSE OF GRANT. 2.1 The Recipient shall use the Grant only for the delivery of the Project and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. The Grant shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior written agreement of the Funder.
PURPOSE OF GRANT. Pursuant to the Company's Amended and Restated 2010 Long-Term Equity Compensation Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") and subject further to the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Company and Executive enter into this Agreement pursuant to which the Executive may earn Performance Shares. Each Performance Share represents the value of one share of $0.01 par value common stock of the Company. Upon the Company's achievement of pre-determined objectives for a specified performance period (hereinafter referred to as the "Performance Period"), the Company will distribute to the Executive a number of Shares equal to the number of Performance Shares earned by the Executive for the Performance Period.
PURPOSE OF GRANT. This is a grant for as more specifically described in Exhibit A of this Agreement (“Grant Project Description”) and all work funded by this Agreement shall be completed in accordance with the Grant Project Description.
PURPOSE OF GRANT. 5. The Grant is offered to You to contribute to certain expenditure (see paragraphs 7 to 8) (“Eligible Expenditure”) where that expenditure is reasonably incurred by You in undertaking [summarise the project] (“the Funded Activities”).

PURPOSE OF GRANT. This is a grant for purchase of the equipment described in Grantee’s Equipment Grant Application dated [date of application]. By signing this agreement Grantee certifies that its facility has sufficient suitable space and power supply to make immediate use of the equipment.
PURPOSE OF GRANT. (a) The purpose of the Grant is to enable Grantee to make grants to restaurants within Grantee’s jurisdiction to promote and encourage stabilization within the hospitality and restaurant industry, and for the more specific purposes described in paragraph (b) below (the “Program”). Grants to be made by Grantee for that purpose are hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Grants”. Grantee may only use Grant proceeds to fund Eligible Grants.

The parties intend that the final claims in respect of Grant monies shall be submitted by the Applicant by no later than [31 August 2020] or such other period as may be agreed between the parties. The Applicant must adhere to the Funder’s Contract Procedure Rules in relation to the procurement of any works and services to be delivered under the Project. Where the Applicant has sourced funding from a third party, comprising the Applicant’s share of the Project funding, as identified in Schedule 1 Part 2 Table 1 (including without limitation funding for associated administration and staffing costs), the amount of such funding shall be included in the Budgeted Expenditure Profile, including a clear description of the sources and intended application of that funding. The Applicant shall not use the Grant to: make any payment to members of its Governing Body; purchase buildings or land other than [as specified in the Grant Application]; or pay for any expenditure commitments of the Applicant entered into before the Commencement Date, unless this has been approved in writing by the Funder. The Applicant shall not spend any part of the Grant on the delivery of the Project after the Scheduled Project Completion Date without the consent of the Funder. The Applicant shall identify the date of completion of the Project to the Funder. Should any part of the Grant remain unspent by the Applicant at the completion of the Project any unspent monies shall be returned to the Funder within (20) twenty Working Days of the date of completion of the Project. PURPOSE OF GRANT. The purpose of this Grant is to provide support to the “Faculty Development Program in Nuclear Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln” as described in Attachment B entitled "Program Description."
PURPOSE OF GRANT. XXXX agrees to allocate to OWNER and OWNER agrees to accept, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, a maximum of $146,988 provided through program year 2005 and 2007 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds or so much thereof as may be required for eligible activities. OWNER agrees to provide a fifty percent match of the total CDBG façade program eligible project costs in the amount of $146,988 for a total cost of eligible project line items of $293,976. These Grant funds have been received by the CITY of Arlington Community Development & Planning Department from the United States Housing Department and Urban Development (HUD) under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended (HCD Act), Public Law 93-383. The Grant funds shall be used to primarily benefit low to moderate income persons in the façade improvement of the building at 000 Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxxx in the CITY of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas (the Project). The Project shall be completed according to plans and specifications submitted by OWNER to the CITY. OWNER shall submit throughout the Project cost verification and application of Grant funds to the Project, and such additional information as may be requested from time to time by the CITY to verify that the Grant funds have been used, expended and invested by OWNER in compliance with the specific goals and objectives of the CITY of Arlington as set forth in this Grant Agreement.
