Terms of this Grant Award. Contract The terms of the Request for Grant Applications that led to the grant award incorporated in this Grant Award Contract are hereby incorporated into this Grant Award Contract by this reference, except that to the extent there is any conflict between the terms of the Request for Grant Applications and this Grant Award Contract, the terms of this Grant Award Contract shall prevail and shall govern the terms of the parties’ obligations to each other.

  • TERM OF GRANT AGREEMENT The term of this Grant Agreement begins on the date this Grant Agreement is executed by the State, through final payment plus three (3) years unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this Grant Agreement.
