Agreed Budget. 8.1.1 Any proposed revision to the Agreed Budget that would result in a change in spend on a single line item of [***] or more of the total spend allocated to that line item in the Agreed Budget shall require the prior written consent of the Parties.
Agreed Budget. The Lenders shall have received the Agreed Budget, together with an Agreed Budget Compliance Certificate, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender.
