Term of Grant Agreement. The term of this Grant Agreement begins on the date this Grant Agreement is executed by the State, through final payment plus three (3) years unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this Grant Agreement. However, all work shall be completed in accordance with the Schedule as set forth in Exhibit C.
Term of Grant Agreement. 1.1 Effective date: start date, or the date the State obtains all required signatures under Minn. Stat. § 16B.98, subd. 5, whichever is later. Per Minn. Stat. § 16B.98, subd. 7, no payments will be made to the Grantee until this grant agreement is fully executed. The Grantee must not begin work under this grant agreement until this agreement is fully executed and the Grantee has been notified by the State’s Authorized Representative to begin the work.
Term of Grant Agreement. The term of this Grant Agreement begins on <insert the day after final award date> and ends three (3) years following the retention payment for the last project work, unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this Grant Agreement. However, all work shall be completed by <insert the last project completion date based on schedule>, in accordance with the Schedule as set forth in Exhibit C and no funds may be requested after <insert date 3 months after the last project work is scheduled to be completed>.
Term of Grant Agreement. This Agreement shall, unless earlier terminated in accordance with any of the provisions contained herein, remain in full force and effect for the time period starting on the effective date hereof and ending on the date that corresponds to the date established by adding a time period equal to 125% of Useful Life of the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility to the date on which the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility is first used for the operation of the Governmental Program after such effective date. If there are no uncured Events of Default as of such date this Agreement shall terminate and no longer be of any force or effect, and the Commissioner of MMB shall execute whatever documents are needed to release the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility from the effect of this Agreement and the Declaration.
Term of Grant Agreement. A. The term of this grant agreement shall commence on the Effective Date, as defined below, and shall expire on September 30, 2022, unless terminated earlier by either party according to the termination provisions of this grant agreement; superseded by a subsequent grant agreement; or extended by the parties by letter amendment.

The term of this Grant Agreement (“Grant Period”) shall be from «grant_start_date_» (“effective date”) through «Grant_End_Date» (“expiration date”), unless sooner terminated pursuant to this Grant Agreement. COMMISSION may revise the term of this Grant Agreement prior to final execution of this Grant Agreement by all Parties.

If there are no uncured Events of Default as of such date this Agreement shall terminate and no longer be of any force or effect, and the Commissioner of Management and Budget shall execute whatever documents are needed to release the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility from the effect of this Agreement and the Declaration.
