Term of Grant Agreement. The term of this Grant Agreement begins on the date this Grant Agreement is executed by the State, through final payment plus three (3) years unless otherwise terminated or amended as provided in this Grant Agreement. However, all work shall be completed in accordance with the Schedule as set forth in Exhibit C.

Term of Grant Agreement. 1.1 Effective date: start date, or the date the State obtains all required signatures under Minn. Stat. § 16B.98, subd. 5, whichever is later. Per Minn. Stat. § 16B.98, subd. 7, no payments will be made to the Grantee until this grant agreement is fully executed. The Grantee must not begin work under this grant agreement until this agreement is fully executed and the Grantee has been notified by the State’s Authorized Representative to begin the work.

If there are no uncured Events of Default as of such date this Agreement shall terminate and no longer be of any force or effect, and the Commissioner of MMB shall execute whatever documents are needed to release the Real Property and, if applicable, Facility from the effect of this Agreement and the Declaration.
