Transmission Tariff definition

Transmission Tariff means, at any point in time, EDTI’s or Fortis’ tariff for the provision of System Access Service approved by the Commission and in effect at such time.
Transmission Tariff means the price to be paid by network users to the transmission system operators at different entry and exit points for the provision of transmission services.

More Definitions of Transmission Tariff

Transmission Tariff means the Open Access Transmission Tariff on file with the FERC which sets forth the rates, terms and conditions of transmission service over transmission facilities located in the Cinergy Balancing Authority (CIN), or any successor transmission tariff for similar service.
