Transmission License means the license granted by the Appropriate Commission in terms of the relevant regulations for grant of such license issued under The Electricity Act, 2003;

The TSP shall seek Transmission License from the Commission, as per the provisions of the Electricity Act and regulations made thereunder.

Transmission License means the License for the Construction and Operation of the Transmission System in the form granted to INGL on 1 August 2004 and as amended from time to time.
Transmission License or “License” means the authority granted by KERC to act as licensee for the Transmission System;
