Major Equipment definition

Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.
Major Equipment means all generation equipment and components required for the Facility to achieve Commercial Operation by the Commercial Operation Date Deadline.
Major Equipment has the meaning set forth in Exhibit I.

Examples of Major Equipment in a sentence

  • As confirmation, the Subcontractor shall complete Form PF-44, Major Equipment Declaration, (copy available on the SRR Internet Home Page) and provide one (1) copy to the Subcontract Technical Representative (STR), prior to placing any such equipment in service on the Savannah River Site.

  • As confirmation, the Subcontractor/Supplier shall complete Form PF-44, Major Equipment Declaration, (copy available on the SRNS Internet Home Page) and provide one (1) copy to the Subcontract Technical Representative (STR)/End User, prior to placing any such equipment in service on the Savannah River Site.

  • All Major Equipment shall be fabricated, applied, installed, connected, operated (during start-up and testing), cleaned and conditioned in accordance with the instructions of the applicable Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractor.

  • If Contractor wishes to modify the requirements contained herein with respect to Major Equipment, then it shall make written application to Owner for Owner’s approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld), prior to performing any such Work.


More Definitions of Major Equipment

Major Equipment means equipment set forth on Schedule #1.
Major Equipment means large mechanical and electrical machinery or apparatus including specifically electric and steam driven chillers, steam condensers, boilers, cooling towers, steam/hot water converters, deaerators, chilled and condenser water pumps systems, and related electrical switchboards and motor control centers, plus major parts of the above including, but not limited to, compressors, speed reducers and increasers, motors, heat exchangers, and related electrical switches and starters. For the purpose of providing Major Equipment Failure Insurance coverage pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, major equipment shall specifically exclude other mechanical and electrical machinery powered by motors of less than 100 horsepower, other heat exchangers and systems components, and appurtenances.
Major Equipment means solar panels and inverters, including, if applicable, direct current module optimizers.
Major Equipment means a motorcoach or over-the-road bus, a school bus, a passenger vessel or small passenger vessel, or a pilotage vessel, consistent with the other definitions in this section.
Major Equipment means all solar photovoltaic modules, trackers and inverters required for the Facility to achieve Commercial Operation by the Commercial Operation Date Deadline.
Major Equipment means the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Electrical Distribution System, the Mill’s steam generation and distribution system serving the Carbon Plant and the Mill’s Filtered Water and Fire Water distribution systems serving the Carbon Plant.
