Transmission Licence definition

Transmission Licence means a licence granted under section 6(1)(b) of the Act;
Transmission Licence means a transmission licence granted or treated as granted under section 6(1)(b) of the Act.

  • The transmission licensee shall comply with the provisions of the Transmission Licence Regulations or any subsequent enactment thereof and the terms and condition of the TSA during the period of subsistence of the licence.
