Proposed Facility means a facility proposed to be constructed, installed or operated;
Proposed Facility means the new construction of a building for a facility, an addition or alteration to an existing building for a facility, or the change in use of a building for a facility.
Proposed Facility means a facility which has not qualified for interim status under WAC 173-303-805 or for which the department has not issued a final facility permit under WAC 173-303-806.

Proposed Facility or "facility" means facilities for a transbasin diversion.
