PV Modules definition

PV Modules means the photovoltaic modules to be installed in accordance this Agreement and meeting the technical specifications set forth in Exhibit A.

PV Modules means a product that cannot be disconnected from the solar cell, including the frame, electrical box and/or electrical termination if integrally connected to the product, without impairing its performance. For the purposes of this Agreement, a "System" is a photovoltaic system, other than a PV Module, that can be separately installed with or assembled with a PV Module at the point of use. Without the prior written approval of the Seller, Distributor shall not otherwise provide or make available the Products or any part or copies thereof to any person or entity. Seller may, in its sole discretion, at any time and from time to time during the Term, upon thirty (30) days written notice to Distributor, update and/or modify EXHIBIT A to reflect changes in the types of Products to be made available hereunder.

PV Modules means PV cells or modules, whether based on a-Si Technology, CIGS Technology or other PV Technologies.

If any PV Module fails to conform to this Limited Warranty and provided that any loss in power is determined by SunPower (in its sole discretion) not to have resulted from one of the excluded events set forth in Section 4 below, then for the Warranty Period, SunPower will repair, replace or refund the defective PV Modules as set forth herein.

PV Modules means photovoltaic modules with the brand name of Yingli, with model numbers and technical specifications as described in detail in Schedule A attached hereto as an integral part hereof, as amended from time to time in writing by mutual agreement of the Parties during the term of this Agreement.
