Access Charges definition

Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.
Access Charges means amounts payable by a Access Holder under a User Agreement for Access.

  • Wheeling Access Charges shall not apply for Wheeling under a bundled non-economy Energy coordination agreement of a Participating TO executed prior to July 9, 1996.

Access Charges means the sums payable by one Licensee to another Licensee for accessing the facilities and services of the Licensees for interconnection traffic derived from that interconnection.
