Distribution Services. The Distributor shall sell and repurchase Shares as set forth below, subject to the registration requirements of the 1933 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, and the laws governing the sale of securities in the various states ("Blue Sky Laws"):
Distribution Services. 3.1. Distributor will have the right, as agent for the Trust, to enter into dealer agreements with responsible investment dealers, and to sell Shares to such investment dealers against orders therefor at the public offering price (as defined below) stated in the Trust’s effective Registration Statement on Form N-1A under the 1940 Act and the Securities Act of 1933, each as amended (the “Securities Act”), including the then-current prospectus and statement of additional information (the “Registration Statement”). Upon receipt of an order to purchase Shares from a dealer with whom Distributor has a dealer agreement, Distributor will promptly cause such order to be filled by the Trust.
Distribution Services. Distribution Services include any activities primarily intended to result in the sale of shares of one or more Classes including but not limited to:
Distribution Services. Seller shall provide Buyer with Distribution Services exclusively from the Project. “Distribution Services” shall consist of the Project’s ability to provide, and the provision of, services that are selected in Appendix II.
Distribution Services. Measures applicable to all sub-sectors in Distribution Services: Cigarettes and cigars, books, newspapers and magazines, video records on whatever medium, precious metals and stones, pharmaceutical products and drugs22, explosives, processed oil and crude oil, rice, cane and beet sugar are excluded from the commitments.
Distribution Services. Subject to the direction and control of the Trust's Board of Trustees (the "Board"), the Distributor shall serve as distributor of the Shares.
Distribution Services. The Customer may purchase press release and other notification distribution services from the Supplier which includes the distribution of full-text and multimedia news releases and related information through the Supplier’s proprietary distribution network. The Supplier takes a “zero tolerance” approach when dealing with spam and reserve the right to deactivate a Customer’s account where inappropriate use of the contacts database is deemed to have occurred. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that any content published using Supplier’s tools complies with copyright notices and that any necessary licences and/or permissions have been obtained from the relevant authority/body. The Supplier reserves the right to delete, without giving prior notice, published content which is deemed to be libelous, inflammatory or inappropriate.
Distribution Services. The Financial Intermediary hereby agrees to provide reasonable distribution and support assistance in connection with the distribution of Shares to Customers, which assistance may include marketing, distributing sales literature and advertising materials and administrative activities.
Distribution Services. We will arrange for distribution services to your Supply Address unless you notify us that you have made different arrangements, including arrangements for a new connection. We are not responsible for ensuring a Supply Address is on, or remains on, the correct or optimal network tariff classification. However, if your electricity usage falls below the Relevant Threshold, we may initiate a process to reclassify your tariff to one that is appropriate for a Small Customer.
Distribution Services. 6.1 The Distributor is responsible for the connection and disconnection of your Sites to the relevant distribution network and the delivery of electricity to those Sites. We do not control the quality, voltage or continuity of your electricity supply.
