Central Transmission Utility definition

Central Transmission Utility means the Government Company notified by the Central Government under Sub-Section (1) of Section 38 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

  • Provided that Central Transmission Utility of India Limitedand PFCCL may at any time, disclose the terms and conditions of transactions contemplated hereby to any person, to the extent stipulated under the law or the Bidding Guidelines.
