Generation Facility Clause Samples
The Generation Facility clause defines the specific power plant or energy-producing installation that is the subject of the agreement. Generation Facility. All of Customer’s electrical and mechanical equipment basically described in Exhibit A that is associated with the generation of electricity at Customer’s Site Location. A single-line diagram of the Generation Facility shall be attached as part of Exhibit A of this Agreement.
