The System Services definition

The System Services means the services provided pursuant to this Agreement.  “Business days” means Monday through Friday. Bank Holidays are not included. Security First Bank (“we”, “us” and “our”) provides you with the opportunity to electronically receive required disclosures associated with your Bank accounts and electronic services. The following Agreement applies to all electronic products, services, disclosures and communications. Before obtaining products or services or receiving disclosures and communications electronically, you must read and indicate your acceptance of the terms below. Please read this Agreement carefully and print or retain a copy for your records.
The System Services means the services provided pursuant to this Agreement. ▪ "Business days" means Monday through Friday. Bank holidays are not included. Online Access Registration: Points West Community Bank account customers can register in person at any bank location or online, by selecting the "Accept" button at the end of this Agreement, indicating your acceptance to these terms and conditions. A Customer Service Representative will assist you in obtaining your Telebanc 4-digit Phone Banking PIN#. User Code: You will be prompted to select a User Code during your first online session through our online registration process. Your User Code and Password identify and authenticate you to Points West Community Bank when you use Online Banking. User Code numbers may only be obtained by customers who have existing accounts with Points West Community Bank. Your Password: For security purposes, you are required to change your password upon your initial login to Points West Community Bank Online. You determine what User Code and password you will use and the identity of your password is not communicated to us. You agree that we are authorized to act on instructions received under your password. You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and security of your password and agree to change your password regularly. Upon three unsuccessful attempts to use your password, your access to the System will be revoked. To re-establish your authorization to use the System, you must contact us to have your password reset and to obtain a new temporary password.   • System Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.1.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Transmission Services the services provided by the Transmission Provider(s) to the Distributor;

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.
