Electronic Services. We may provide electronic document delivery services for the delivery to you of all disclosures, statements, notices, contracts or agreements, receipts, modifications or amendments, and all other documentation regarding your membership, accounts, transactions, or other business you have with us (collectively referred to as "documents" or "documentation"). If you agree to receive such documentation electronically, you specifically agree and acknowledge that we may provide the documents electronically either by sending an e-mail with the text of the documents embedded in the text of the e- mail message or as an attachment contained within the e-mail, or by posting such documents on our website or on- line banking service and notifying you that the documents have been so posted. You have a right to request and receive a paper copy of these documents if that right is provided under applicable law. You may also withdraw your consent and revoke your agreement to receive the documents electronically. To request a paper copy or to revoke your consent, call, write, or e-mail us at the number and addresses provided on the Rates & Fees Schedule. If any of our e-mails are returned to us as undeliverable, we will change our delivery mode to paper format, and you will be required to re-apply for our electronic delivery service and to update your e-mail address accordingly. We may also offer electronic services such as on-line banking or on-line bill pay, which allow you to conduct transactions to and from your account(s) and to conduct other business with us electronically. You may be required to sign a separate agreement regarding these services and you will be subject to any on-line instructions, rules, agreements, and restrictions provided on the website(s) or provided to you at the time you open an account or enroll in these services. You may be required to be enrolled in our on-line banking service in order to enroll in our electronic document delivery service. Enrollment in, and use of, these electronic services does not relieve you of your duty to promptly examine your statements, checks, and other documentation for irregularities or discrepancies regarding your accounts in accordance with this and your other Agreements you have with us. Electronic Services. To the extent that electronic services are available, Licensee may electronically access, at no charge, Support services which will be available twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week. Such electronic services may include, but are not limited to: incident submission, case management and Product Releases.
Electronic Services. (a) The Trustee may provide communications and services via electronic medium ("Electronic Services"), including, but not limited to, Fidelity Plan Sponsor WebStation, Client Intranet, Client e-mail, interactive software products or any other information provided in an electronic format. The Sponsor, its agents and employees agree to keep confidential and not publish, copy, broadcast, retransmit, reproduce, commercially exploit or otherwise redisseminate the data, information, software or services without the Trustee's written consent.
Electronic Services. (a) The Trustee may provide communications and Electronic Services via electronic media, including, but not limited to NetBenefits, eWorkplace and Fidelity Plan Sponsor WebStation. The Sponsor agrees to use such Electronic Services only in the course of reasonable administration of or participation in the Plan and to keep confidential and not alter, publish, copy, broadcast, retransmit, reproduce, frame-in, link to, commercially exploit or otherwise redisseminate the Electronic Services, any content associated therewith, or any portion thereof (including, without limitation, any trademarks and service marks associated therewith), without the written consent of the Trustee. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Trustee acknowledges that certain Electronic Services may, by their nature, be intended for non-commercial, personal use by Participants or their beneficiaries, with respect to their participation in the Plan, or for their other retirement or employee benefit planning purposes, and certain content may be intended or permitted to be modified by the Sponsor in connection with the administration of the Plan. In such cases, the Trustee will notify the Sponsor of such fact, and any requirements or guidelines associated with such usage or modification no later than the time of initial delivery of such Electronic Services. To the extent permission is granted to make Electronic Services available to administrative personnel designated by the Sponsor, it shall be the responsibility of the Sponsor to keep the Trustee informed as to which of the Sponsor personnel are authorized to have such access. Except to the extent otherwise specifically agreed by the parties, the Trustee reserves the right, upon notice when reasonably feasible, to modify or discontinue Electronic Services, or any portion thereof, at any time.
Electronic Services. (a) The Trustee may provide communications and services ("Electronic Services") and/or software products ("Electronic Products") via electronic media, including, but not limited to Fidelity Plan Sponsor WebStation. The Sponsor and its agents agree to use such Electronic Services and Electronic Products only in the course of reasonable administration of or participation in the Plan and to keep confidential and not publish, copy, broadcast, retransmit, reproduce, commercially exploit or otherwise redisseminate the Electronic Products or Electronic Services or any portion thereof without the Trustee's written consent, except, in cases where Trustee has specifically notified the Sponsor that the Electronic Products or Services are suitable for delivery to Sponsor's plan Participants, for non-commercial personal use by Participants or beneficiaries with respect to their participation in the Plan or for their other retirement planning purposes.

Electronic Services. You can use Online Banking to check the balance of your FSB accounts, view account history, transfer funds between your accounts, view statements, view check images and pay bills from your FSB checking accounts and pay your FSB loan payments.
Electronic Services. Health Plan shall make available a variety of services, at Health Plan’s discretion or as dictated by law, that Trading Partner may utilize via electronic media. Trading Partner’s access is only on behalf of an end user (health care services provider or employer group) that has engaged Trading Partner and has entered into a legally-sufficient Business Associate Agreement with Trading Partner authorizing Trading Partner to engage in electronic transactions on behalf of the end user. Health Plan shall have the right to request and promptly receive a copy of the Business Associate Agreement between any end user and Trading Partner and to terminate this Agreement if a Business Associate Agreement is not supplied or is not deemed legally-sufficient by Health Plan, or if the end user terminates its agreement with Trading Partner to conduct electronic transactions on its behalf. Health Plan will offer electronic connectivity to Trading Partner for the performance of agreed- upon transactions. Health Plan may change the scope of electronic services offered by Health Plan from time to time without advanced notice and without consent of Trading Partner. In conducting electronic transactions, the parties must use the code sets, data elements, formats, and instructions specified in the applicable ANSI X12N Implementation Guide(s). Health Plan will supply Trading Partner with any Companion Guide(s) or other document(s) developed by Health Plan to communicate business requirements not specifically addressed in the ANSI X12N 7/10/13 Implementation Guide(s). Health Plan will reject any transaction that does not satisfy the current formats, specifications, and technical and edit requirements set forth in the applicable ANSI X12N Implementation Guide(s) and Companion Guide(s) or other Health Plan document(s) developed for electronic trading partners by Health Plan. The provisions of the applicable ANSI X12N Implementation Guide(s) and any Companion Guide(s) or other document(s) developed for electronic trading partners by Health Plan are specifically incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If an electronic transaction conducted between Health Plan and Trading Partner is not a compliant transaction, Health Plan shall reject the transaction, or batch of transactions, with the corresponding HIPAA code or codes that apply to the particular transaction at issue. In using the Electronic Services, you shall at all times comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) set forth below, as may be revised by us from time-to-time. We will provide you with electronic notice, either by e-mail or Web posting, of the revision. Your continued use of the Electronic Services shall constitute your acceptance of the revision.
