Cloud Services includes “cloud computing” as defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce, NIST Special Publication 800-145 (currently available online at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/nistpubs/Legacy/SP/nistspecialpublication800-145.pdf) and any other software, hardware, hosting service, subscription, or other service or product by which Contractor stores, transmits, processes or otherwise has access to State data.

Cloud Services means, collectively, the Oracle cloud services (e.g., Oracle software as a service offerings and related Oracle Programs) listed in Your order and defined in the Service Specifications. The term “Cloud Services” does not include Professional Services.

• Subcontract Any contract or agreement or proposed agreement between the Supplier and a subcontractor in which the subcontractor agrees to provide to the Supplier the G-Cloud Services or any part thereof or facilities or goods and services necessary for the provision of the G- Cloud Services or any part thereof.

• Upon termination of this Agreement, You shall cease use of all Software, Cloud Services and Documentation, shall destroy and remove from all computers, hard drives, networks and other storage media all copies of the Software (if applicable) and Documentation, and shall certify to Riverbed that such actions have occurred.

Cloud Services means software-as-a-service offerings made available via a remote network, inclusive of any applicable on-premises components.

Cloud Services or “SaaS Services” means those services related to Licensor’s private cloud environment provided to MDHS, including but not limited to, infrastructure, equipment, bandwidth, server monitoring, backup services, disaster recovery services, storage area network (SAN) services, security services, system administration, connectivity services, performance tuning, update installation and maintenance services related thereto.

Cloud Services means computing infrastructure and platform services (such as compute resources, storage capabilities, databases or virtual machines and other computing infrastructure and platforms services) that a third party makes available for consumption by customers.

Cloud Services refers to a set of compute resources utilized for Web and Worker Roles.

Cloud Services means the services, service levels, Cloud Services Support, Customer Cloud Environment, and Third Party Service Provider’s hosting services (which are more particularly described in the Cloud Services Schedule(s) attached to the Quote), for Cloud Application(s), Cloud Optional Services, and Third Party Software Products and ordered by the Customer.

Cloud Services means the dynamic provisioning of IT resources as a service, where typically the Cloud infrastructure is shared across multiple tenants, and tenants are billed on a utility/subscription basis for what they use. Examples of Cloud Services include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).

Cloud Services means the cloud services that We provide to You as specified in one or more Grant Letters under the terms and conditions of the Cloud Services Agreement.
