Cloud Services definition

Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

Cloud Services or “SaaS Services” means those services related to Contractor’s private cloud environment provided to Customer, including but not limited to, infrastructure, equipment, bandwidth, server monitoring, backup services, disaster recovery services, storage area network (SAN) services, security services, system administration, connectivity services, performance tuning, update installation and maintenance services related thereto.

This Privacy Policy only applies to Personal Data that is collected by the Supplier in its role as data controller as is necessary for Supplier to provide the Cloud Services to Customer.

The entity hosting the Services (“Hosting Entity”) is identified in the Cloud Services Attachment or other contract document between the Supplier and the Customer.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cloud Services Agreement, the Supplier collects processes and uses Personal Data for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, in connection with a Customer support matter, for billing, customization, training or as maybe required by law.

More Definitions of Cloud Services

Cloud Services means the cloud services that McAfee provides to Customer as specified in one or more Grant Letters. Access to the Cloud Services requires either an active support agreement or an active subscription, as required by the specific offering.

Cloud Services means a software as a service or other cloud-based offering that LogRhythm provides using the Software.
