Customer Systems definition

Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems) and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
Customer Systems means all software and systems used by or on behalf of the Customer, the Customer’s Affiliates, any of its or their direct or indirect sub-contractors, or any Authorised User in connection with the provision or receipt any of the Services or that the Services otherwise, link, inter-operate or interface with or utilise (in each case whether directly or indirectly);
Customer Systems means the hardware and software systems of the Customer that interact with, or may reasonably be expected to interact with, the Hosted Services;

Examples of Customer Systems in a sentence

  • Customer will promptly notify Humanetics of any actual or suspected Security Breach involving any Offering or Content on Customer Systems and cooperate with Humanetics to investigate and resolve such breach.

  • Customer will also implement and maintain appropriate security measures, policies, and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of any Offering or Content hosted on or connected to the Customer Systems (“Security Breach”), including encryption, backup, firewall, antivirus, and authentication controls.

  • Customer will be solely liable for any damages, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from or relating to any Security Breach of Customer Systems, including any damages relating to the Offerings, regardless of whether such breach is caused by Customer's negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with this Agreement or any applicable laws.

  • For purposes of clarity, Customer Systems do not include BS&A’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems, and networks operated directly by BS&A and its third-party service providers.

  • Customer is solely responsible for the security of Customer Systems, including any Offering hosted on, connected to, or integrated with Customer Systems, and will take commercially reasonable steps to exclude malware, viruses, spyware, Trojans, ransomware, and other harmful components from Customer Systems and Offerings.


More Definitions of Customer Systems

Customer Systems means all computer equipment (including mainframes, personal computers, servers and client/server stations), all associated or interconnected network equipment, routers, semi-conductor chips, software and communication lines, and all other equipment (including printers, copiers, fax machines and telephones), owned, licensed or operated by, or operated on behalf of, Customer;
Customer Systems means Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), networks and internet connectivity, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
Customer Systems means modems, servers, devices, software, network and equipment and ancillary services that are owned, controlled or procured by Customer, excluding all systems and services procured from Getinge.
Customer Systems means computers, servers, hardware or other systems (whether real or virtual) controlled by, or operated for the benefit of, Customer.
Customer Systems means computer systems or networks under the ownership, possession or control of Customer, for which the Hosted Service is being used to authenticate Users’ access.
Customer Systems has the meaning given in Section 5.2.
