In the event that WEST desires to modify any of the arrangements relating to any of the existing bank accounts related to the Engines (the “Existing Accounts”), WEST shall deliver a certificate to the Servicer specifying in reasonable detail the modifications to be made with respect to any such Existing Accounts and the Servicer shall, to the extent necessary to transfer signing and related authority, cooperate with WEST and the Subsidiaries and the relevant banking institution to effect such modifications and shall take such other actions as are incidental thereto in order to give effect to the foregoing.

Existing Accounts. In the event that the Cash Manager desires to modify any of the arrangements relating to any of the bank accounts set forth on Schedule 4.03 to this Agreement (the "EXISTING ACCOUNTS") in accordance with the Cash Management Agreement, the Cash Manager shall deliver a certificate to the Servicer specifying in reasonable detail the modifications to be made with respect to any such Existing Accounts and certifying that any such modifications are in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Indenture and the Cash Management Agreement and the Servicer shall notify the relevant Lessees of such modifications and shall take such other actions as are incidental thereto in order to give effect to the foregoing.
Existing Accounts. No other bank accounts are maintained by any Borrower other than (a) the Existing Accounts (which shall be closed pursuant to this Agreement except for the basic accounts of each Borrower, foreign debt accounts of EDC WGQ and the company credit card account of EDC WGQ); (b) (if any) the bank accounts opened pursuant to Offshore Finance Documents; and/or (c) the relevant Accounts opened and maintained with the Account Bank.
Existing Accounts. Banning shall maintain, service and replace (as needed), and retain ownership of all electric meters at the existing Customer Site(s) as reflected in Exhibit A. These meter services and meters shall be provided free of charge, so long as such meters are standard meters consistent with those provided to similar Banning non-residential customers.
