OCCUPANCY AND USE definition

OCCUPANCY AND USE. The premises shall be used solely as a private dwelling for Tenant and no others without written permission from the Landlord. Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean, sanitary, and in good order, and agrees not to hamper, disturb, or interfere with other tenants in the community, and agrees to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and directions of governmental authorities and the Board of Fire Underwriters. Upon termination of this lease, Tenant agrees to surrender possession of premises in as good order and repair as when received. Tenant shall be responsible for any damage to the driveway and/or parking area of the premises caused by the Tenant, neighbors, or guests, including deterioration as a result of leaking automobile fluids.
OCCUPANCY AND USE. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 (two) persons per yurt. At all yurts, in both Wimberley and Dripping Springs, additional guests staying or visiting, daytime or overnight without the prior approval of the owner are PROHIBITED and will result in an additional $500 charge per person to the credit card on file with respect to the relevant booking (regardless of the designation of ownership / user of such card) or otherwise payable by the relevant guest. No events, parties, gatherings, or weddings are permitted without the consent of the owner. Guests may not use the premises for purposes other than lodging. No guests are allowed access to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ River.
