Overnight Guests. Any guest who remains in on-campus housing past 12:00am is considered an Overnight Guest. Overnight Guests under the age of 16 who are not enrolled are not permitted. No resident will be allowed more than two (2) Overnight Guests at one time (this number can be reduced during special events). Any Overnight Guest requires the approval of the roommate(s). No Overnight Guest may stay more than three (3) consecutive days without the permission of the roommate and the Hall Director. No individual may stay as an Overnight Guest in on-campus housing for more than 15 days total in a given semester. Persons who have been removed from on-campus housing for any reason may not return as Overnight Guests following their removal.

Overnight Guests. Overnight guests are permitted without notification if they stay for less than two (2) weeks. Guests, including but not limited to visiting family members or relatives, may stay a maximum of two (2) weeks, unless written approval is granted by UHDS in advance for a longer period of time.
Overnight Guests. The Associate Director of Housing for Family Housing or designee must approve visitation periods beyond three (3) days, in advance and in writing. A $25.00 per day per guest rental fee will be assessed to the Student’s housing account. Failure to register guests with Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing will result in a $100.00 guest rental fee for any unauthorized occupancy. Guests are welcome to stay in the apartment for a maximum of two (2) consecutive weeks, providing the following stipulations are adhered to: a) Student host extending invitation is present during the guest's stay; b) The Student host assumes responsibility for all the guests’ actions, damages and violation of rules; guests will be subject to immediate eviction if the guests’ behavior is deemed inappropriate by Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Housing Staff; c) Guests must adhere to all federal, state and local laws, and Georgia Institute of Technology and the Department of Housing policies. Unauthorized occupancy may result in the termination of this Contract.
Overnight Guests. Overnight guests must be approved by the host and all roommate(s). The host resident is responsible for the actions of resident’s guest(s). Guests must be escorted by their host at all times and be hosted in compliance with the Guest Policy in the Guide to Residence Living.
