Customer’s Premises definition

Customer’s Premises means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:
Customer’s Premises the premises identified in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form and which are to be made available for use by the Supplier for the provision of the Goods and Services on the terms set out in this Contract;
Customer’s Premises means the Customer’s premises identified in the Order Form and which are to be made available by the Customer for use by the Supplier for the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including but not limited to the Customer’s premises on which a tank or point of delivery is located, on the terms set out in this Call Off Contract and any other of the Customer’s premises made available by the Customer from time to time for use by the Supplier in connection with this Call Off Contract;

Examples of Customer’s Premises in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall have the use of such Customer’s Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same immediately upon completion, termination, expiry or abandonment of this Contract and in accordance with Clause 39.2.3.

  • The Supplier shall comply and shall ensure that all Staff comply with the Security Policy and any other reasonable security requirements of the Customer while on the Customer’s Premises.

  • The onus shall be on the Supplier to prove to the Customer that any work to the Customer’s Premises is required in respect of a latent structural defect and that the additional costs or charges are reasonable and necessary.

  • The Customer shall promptly notify the Service Provider of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Customer’s Premises and which may affect the Service Provider in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.

  • The Supplier shall have the use of such Customer’s Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same immediately upon completion, termination, expiry or abandonment of this Call Off Contract and in accordance with Clause 35.3.4.


More Definitions of Customer’s Premises

Customer’s Premises means any premises, facility or worksite of Customer or third-party other than CTI’s Premises.
Customer’s Premises means the premises specified by the Customer and as agreed and recorded in writing by the Company;
Customer’s Premises means the Customer’s premises the ad- dress of which is set out in the Commercial Schedule;
Customer’s Premises means the premises at the Supply Address(es) specified in the Energy Supply Contract.
Customer’s Premises the premises identified in the Master Contract Schedule and/or any other Contract Document and which are to be made available for use by the Service Provider for the provision of the Goods and/or Services on the terms set out in the Contract;
Customer’s Premises means the Customer’s premises the address of which is set out in the Commercial Schedule;
Customer’s Premises means the premises at which a Access Link terminates;
