Examples of Customer’s Premises in a sentence
The Supplier shall have the use of such Customer’s Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same immediately upon completion, termination, expiry or abandonment of this Contract and in accordance with Clause 39.2.3.
The Supplier shall comply and shall ensure that all Staff comply with the Security Policy and any other reasonable security requirements of the Customer while on the Customer’s Premises.
The onus shall be on the Supplier to prove to the Customer that any work to the Customer’s Premises is required in respect of a latent structural defect and that the additional costs or charges are reasonable and necessary.
The Customer shall promptly notify the Service Provider of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Customer’s Premises and which may affect the Service Provider in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.
