Authority’s Premises definition

Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Authority’s Premises means land or buildings owned or occupied by the Authority;
Authority’s Premises means the Contracting Authority premises where the Services are to be supplied as set out in the Order Form and/or the Call-off Terms and Conditions.

Examples of Authority’s Premises in a sentence

  • The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Authority’s Premises and which may affect the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under the Contract.

  • Contractor’s Personnel who cannot produce a proper pass when required to do so by any of the Authority’s personnel, or who contravene any conditions on the basis of which a pass was issued, may be refused admission to the Authority’s Premises or required to leave those premises if already there.

  • The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Authority’s Premises and which may affect the Contractor in the performance of the Contract.

  • E7.1 The Authority shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Authority’s Premises in accordance with its standard security requirements.

  • The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Authority while on the Authority’s Premises, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.

Authority’s Premises means any premises occupied by or under the control of the Authority where the Goods and/or Services are to be supplied, as set out in Error: Reference source not found;
