County Ordinance definition

County Ordinance means an ordinance passed by the county executive that establishes: (i) the fee a County Recorder may charge for Bulk Form copies; and (ii) the format by which the County Recorder will provide Bulk Form copies of Recorded Documents.
County Ordinance means Ordinance No. 2594 of 1994, as amended by Ordinance No. 2842 of 1996, as amended by Ordinance No. 4276 of 2009, as amended by Ordinance No. of 2012, as enacted by the County Council. The term County Ordinance specifically does not include Ordinance No. 2595 of 1994.
