Failure to Comply definition

Failure to Comply means failure to appear or to answer a citation in the manner required by law or the failure to pay fines, penalties or costs related to the disposition of the violation for which the citation has been issued;
Failure to Comply means any failure to comply with an ordinance where the ordinance does not specify that it is punishable by a fine or incarceration, but which is subject to administrative enforcement.
