Right to Quiet Enjoyment. Interweb hereby represents and warrants that the Reseller, and any prior or subsequent versions thereof (including any components thereof), as of the Effective Date and throughout the term hereof, does not contain any virus, Trojan horse, worm, or other software routine designed to permit unauthorized access to the associated computer system, or to disable, erase or otherwise damage software, hardware, or data, or to perform other similar actions; and does not contain or implement any back door, time bomb, software lockout key or device, drop dead device, or other software routine designed to disable a computer program, either automatically with the passage of time or under the positive control of a person other than Reseller.
Right to Quiet Enjoyment. (1) That the Tenant paying the said rent and performing the covenants on its part hereinbefore contained shall peaceably hold and enjoy the Allotments during the Term without interruption by the Corporation or any person claiming under or in trust for it DUTY TO KEEP THE TENANT INFORMED
Right to Quiet Enjoyment. The Landlord does hereby covenant and agree that upon the payment of the rent and the performance of all covenants by said TENANT to be paid and performed as herein provided, said TENANT shall peaceably and quietly hold and enjoy the said premises during the term herein demised and any extension thereof. In the event construction causes a substantial interference with LICENSEE's Event, CORPORATION shall use its best efforts to mitigate any disruption. In no event, however, will CORPORATION be liable for any consequential damages to LICENSEE, including claims for lost or reduced income resulting from the interference or disturbance. CORPORATION's liability, if any, shall be limited to a return of the License Fee for any period of time that LICENSEE is unable to use the Licensed Areas because of the interference or disturbance.
Right to Quiet Enjoyment. So long as the Lessee shall not be in default hereunder, Lessee shall have the right to quiet enjoyment and use of the Equipment.
Right to Quiet Enjoyment. Xxxxxx agrees that his/her family and visitors shall conduct themselves in a manner, which will not disturb the neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of their accommodations. Tenant agrees not to operate radios, stereos, or home entertainment systems at an unreasonably loud volume, or allow loud voices, loud parties, noisy vehicles, and operation of loud equipment or power tools.
Right to Quiet Enjoyment. Tenant, household members and guests shall conduct themselves in a manner which will not disturb the neighbors' peaceful enjoyment of their accommodations. Tenant agrees not to operate or permit others to operate radios, stereos, or home entertainment systems at an unreasonably loud volume, or to allow loud voices, loud parties, noisy vehicles, or operation of loud equipment or power tools which disturb the peaceful enjoyment of others. There shall be no discharge of firearms on YNHA property. Tenant agrees not to cause or allow others to cause damage to the persons or property of others (e.g., slashed tires).
Right to Quiet Enjoyment. Tenant shall have the right to quiet enjoyment of the Property during the Term, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
