Occupancy Permit definition

Occupancy Permit means a document authorizing the use of a development undertaken in accordance with a development permit issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
Occupancy Permit means the occupancy permit provided for in the International Building Code or other ordinance of the applicable jurisdiction. If no occupancy permit is provided for a particular use, the final inspection and approval shall serve as the occupancy permit.
Occupancy Permit means a permit authorizing occupation of a building or part of a building prior to its completion as set out in Div. C, Subsection 1.3.3. of the OBC.
