YOUR STAY Sample Clauses

The "YOUR STAY" clause defines the terms and conditions governing a guest's use of accommodations during their stay. It typically outlines rules regarding check-in and check-out times, guest responsibilities, permitted uses of the property, and any restrictions on behavior or activities. For example, it may specify quiet hours, limits on the number of occupants, or requirements for maintaining the property in good condition. The core function of this clause is to set clear expectations for both the guest and the property owner, helping to prevent misunderstandings and ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all parties involved.
