Certificate of Occupancy definition

Certificate of Occupancy means a certificate issued pursuant to subdivision (b) of section 7 of this local law.
Certificate of Occupancy means a document issued by the Town certifying that the building or structure, or portion thereof, complies with the approved construction documents that have been submitted to, and approved by the Town, and indicating that the building or structure, or portion thereof, is in a condition suitable for occupancy.
Certificate of Occupancy means a certificate of occupancy or similar document or permit (whether conditional, unconditional, temporary or permanent) that must be obtained from the appropriate governmental authority as a condition to a tenant’s lawful occupancy of space in the Building.

More Definitions of Certificate of Occupancy

Certificate of Occupancy means a temporary or final certificate of occupancy (or other equivalent entitlement, however designated) which entitles Tenant to commence normal operation and occupancy of the Improvements.
