NO PETS. No pets of any kind are permitted in the Townhouse at any time.
NO PETS. Except for service animals or approved support animals for persons with disabilities, no pets are allowed (even temporarily) anywhere in or about the Premises without prior written authorization from UTA. Care and feeding of stray or unauthorized animals or pets is prohibited. If an animal has been in the Premises at any time during the Lessee’s Term, Lessee shall be charged for all costs pertaining to damage to the Premises, de-fleaing, deodorizing, and/or carpet shampooing to protect future residents from possible health hazards. If Lessee or any Occupant is found to be in possession of any prohibited animal(s), Lessee may be charged a fee of no less than $200 per incident, in addition to the foregoing charges for damages and cleaning, and UTA may treat such violation as a breach of this Lease. Lessee and Occupants will also be required to remove the animal(s) from the Premises.
NO PETS. Lessee shall not keep in or about said premises any cats, dogs, fowl or other animals or birds on the premises without the prior written consent of Lessor. Should Lessor approve a pet(s) for Lessee, Lessee will be required to sign and abide by the community’s rules and regulations as noted in Lessor’s Pet Addendum. Should Lessee purchase a pet without prior Lessor’s approval, Lessee(s) may be required to remove the pet from the property or face possible legal action, up to and including eviction.
NO PETS. You and the Guests are not allowed to bring pets in the Property and on surrounding properties.
NO PETS a. The Landlord has a strict no pets policy. No pets are permitted in the building. No visiting pets are permitted.
NO PETS. Tenant will not keep at any time, for any length of time, in or about said premises any cats, dogs, fowl, other animals, birds, or stray animals on the premises without the written consent of Landlord. Fish are permitted in a tank not to exceed 10 gallons. Any Tenant found to have or have had any animal on the premises will be charged a fee to de-flea, shampoo and deodorize the premises.
NO PETS. A minimum fee of $150 for flea extermination, additional cleaning, and other damages will be billed if tenant is found to be in violation. No Smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted on porches with house doors closed. Please discard extinguished cigarette butts in the trash and not in the yard or water. Additional cleaning charges may apply if smoke odor is detected inside the residence. No long distance calls. Tenant agrees to reimburse agency for the actual cost of long distance calls plus a $10 service charge. Appliances and equipment failures will be repaired as quickly as possible. Please notify Agency of any problems. Tenant agrees to assume liability and hold owner, agency, and agent harmless from any and all injuries to persons or damage to property caused by tenant or any other on the premises with tenant’s permission. Tenant agrees to pay any cost and reasonable attorney fees incurred by owner in defending any lawsuit or other action brought in reference to such injuries or damage. All personal property in the premises at tenant's risk only and owner, agency, and agent shall not be liable for any damage to it, nor responsible for insuring tenant's personal property. Tenant agrees to assume liability and hold owner, agency, and agent harmless for any and all theft of property occurring on premises.
NO PETS. The Tenant agrees NOT to bring any dogs or cats on the premises, including guest pets. In the event, the Tenant does occupy the premises with a dog or cat, the Tenant agrees to pay for repair or replacement, at Landlord's discretion, of any damaged carpet or furnishings, including walls, woodwork, and landlord supplied furniture, or the removal of pet smell. Should an unauthorized animal be brought onto the premises, there shall be an unauthorized pet rental fee of $25.00 per day assessed as additional rent for such time as an animal stays on the property without the specific written permission of the Landlord.
NO PETS. (a) Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing onto the Property or the surrounding grounds any pet or animal without the prior written consent of the Host.
