Standard of Care has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Architect shall perform the Services and deliver the Design Documents in accordance with the Time Schedule specified in Appendix C and the Standard of Care specified in Section 10.1.

Standard of Care means a medical procedure or process that is accepted as treatment for a specific illness, injury, or medical condition through custom, peer review, or consensus by the professional medical community.
