Existing Services. In the disconnection and sealing of services the Contractor is to comply with the requirements of the Authorities concerned and is to allow in his prices for serving all notices and paying all fees as necessary. The Contractor must take all necessary precautions and will be responsible for damage caused to any underground cables or services which exist on site.
Existing Services. Active existing services shall be adequately protected from damage. Where active services are encountered but not shown on the drawings, the Architect shall be notified by the contractor. Where inactive services are encountered upon the site of the works, they shall be removed or sealed off in accordance with the direction of the Architect.
Existing Services. D.4.1. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the Works do not interfere or damage existing services to the Site.

Existing Services. Drains, pipes, cables and similar services encountered in the course of the Works shall be guarded from damage by the Contractor at his own cost to safeguard a continued uninterrupted use to the satisfaction of the owners thereof, and the Contractor shall not store materials or otherwise occupy any part of the site in the manner likely to hinder the operation of such services. The Contractor shall on the Engineer's direction arrange for the construction of permanent or temporary diversions of the said drains etc. together with their reinstatement in liaison with the respective Departments, Bodies, Corporations or Authorities. The cost of such works or diversions including reinstatement shall be charged against the appropriate provision sum provided into the Bills of Quantities. The Contractor shall be at liberty, subject to the approval of the works, bear the cost of reinstatement of addition diversion. No services may be tampered with by the Contractor and all works in connection with any kind of services shall be carried out by their respective owners. It is the responsibility of the contractor to inform the Engineer immediately any existing service is exposed.

Existing Services. .1 Where works involves breaking into or connecting to existing services, carry out work at times directed by Engineer, by authorities having jurisdiction, with minimum of disturbance to operation.
Existing Services. During the Transition Period, PwCES shall provide the Services consistent with the manner in which the tasks, functions or projects addressed by the Services were delivered by Equifax prior to the Commencement Date or as mutually agreed upon and set forth in Exhibit 2. In those instances where there is neither sufficient nor historical data available to establish Service Levels, the parties shall mutually agree and establish such Service Levels during the Transition Period. After the Transition Period, PwCES shall provide the Services consistent with the Service Levels as mutually agreed upon and as set forth in Exhibit 2, which in no event shall be less than the manner in which the services were provided by Equifax prior to the Commencement Date.
Existing Services. A. Contractor shall review any City utility maps and any Port utility drawings available at Port Engineering offices to assure that no utilities are in the area affected by the dredge operations prior to commencing with the dredging. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to investigate and confirm if utilities are in the areas to be dredged and to protect all utilities from damage.
