Existing Services. In the disconnection and sealing of services the Contractor is to comply with the requirements of the Authorities concerned and is to allow in his prices for serving all notices and paying all fees as necessary. The Contractor must take all necessary precautions and will be responsible for damage caused to any underground cables or services which exist on site.

Existing Services. Drains, pipes, cables and similar services encountered in the course of the Works shall be guarded from damage by the Contractor at his own cost to safeguard a continued uninterrupted use to the satisfaction of the owners thereof, and the Contractor shall not store materials or otherwise occupy any part of the site in the manner likely to hinder the operation of such services. Existing Services. During the Transition Period, PwCES shall provide the Services consistent with the manner in which the tasks, functions or projects addressed by the Services were delivered by Equifax prior to the Commencement Date or as mutually agreed upon and set forth in Exhibit 2. In those instances where there is neither sufficient nor historical data available to establish Service Levels, the parties shall mutually agree and establish such Service Levels during the Transition Period. After the Transition Period, PwCES shall provide the Services consistent with the Service Levels as mutually agreed upon and as set forth in Exhibit 2, which in no event shall be less than the manner in which the services were provided by Equifax prior to the Commencement Date.
