Initial Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

Initial Services means the first services that are provided by the supplier to the customer in terms of the first agreement signed by the customer in respect of the services;

Examples of Initial Services in a sentence

• This Services Agreement shall take effect on the Initial Services Commencement Date and shall continue for the Term.

• It must cover the period from the Initial Services Commencement Date to 6 months before the second anniversary of the Initial Services Commencement Date and be submitted no later than 3 months prior of the second anniversary of the Initial Services Commencement Date.

• The Service Provider will therefore need to have the flexibility to allocate resources in order to resolve any significant issues as soon as possible in the run up to Transition and certainly before the Initial Services Commencement Date.

More Definitions of Initial Services

Initial Services means all Services requested by Customer from Metavante under this Agreement prior to the Commencement Date. The Initial Services requested as of the Effective Date are set forth in the schedules attached hereto, which shall be modified to include any additional services requested by Customer, and agreed to by Metavante, prior to the Commencement Date.

Initial Services means those Services requested by Customer from M&I under this Agreement prior to the Commencement Date. The Initial Services requested as of the Effective Date are set forth in the schedules attached hereto, which shall be modified to include any additional services requested by Customer during the Conversion Period.
