Interconnection Services. PACIFIC will make interconnection arrangements available at all collocated locations. CLEC may choose to deliver both local and intraLATA toll traffic over the same trunk group(s). With respect to the previous sentence, CLEC will provide PACIFIC with the Percent Local Usage (PLU) factor to facilitate billing of the local interconnection rate. CLEC's PLU determination shall be subject to reasonable audit by PACIFIC pursuant to Section 11 of this Agreement. Prices and terms for interconnection services are specified in Attachment 18 and Appendix 1 to this Attachment 8, including, without limitation, the calculation of applicable charges for the completion of toll and local traffic when PACIFIC's LSNE is used, the manner for determining when reciprocal compensation applies for the exchange of local traffic, and the reciprocal compensation rates for local and toll traffic.
Interconnection Services. 5.1 Each Party shall connect and keep connected its System to the System operated by the other Party in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in order that Calls may be transported to and from each Party's respective System.
Interconnection Services. (a) Upon receipt by Dealer of a written notice from SunPower that it may proceed (the “Notice to Proceed”) to obtain permission to operate the System from the utility (“PTO”) and interconnect the, Dealer shall within ten business days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed complete the process of testing the System and will (i) arrange with the local utility company to inspect the installed System (if the utility requires such an inspection) and (ii) upon receipt of permission to interconnect from the utility, issue a commissioning report in the form provided to Dealer in the Program Materials (“CommissioningReport”). Dealer shall submit the Commissioning Report with the invoice for the Interconnection Completion Payment as a condition of payment by SunPower of such invoice.
(b) Dealer hereby acknowledges and agrees that any Systems accepted by SunPower in accordance with this Agreement must be leased to a Lessee pursuant to a valid and executed Lease.
(c) In the event Dealer interconnects or otherwise energizes the System (other than for the purposes of testing procedures that do not trigger Placed in Service (as defined below)) or obtains authority from the local utility to commence parallel operation prior to receiving the Notice to Proceed from SunPower, or otherwise compromises or eliminates SunPower’s or its partners’ ability to obtain any available financial incentives through a breach of any obligation under this Agreement, Dealer shall be fully liable for any recaptured, disallowed or otherwise lost financial incentives or lost benefits related to financing arrangements experienced by Lessor or SunPower (which can be greater than $3.00 per watt, depending on the jurisdiction and type of lease). For purposes of this Agreement, “Placed in Service” means (i) the System has been installed and tested and shown capable of operating in a reliable and continuous manner for its intended purpose, (ii) legal title and control over the System have been conveyed to SunPower or Lessor and/or (iii) all permits needed to operate the System (including authority from the local authority to commence parallel operation) and to put the System to its intended use of leasing it to the Lessee have been obtained.
(d) Dealer shall ensure that the configuration of the System and the terms of the Lease conform to the requirements of the local electric utility company and any other regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over the interconnection of the System.

Interconnection Services. Interstate Telephone Company will provide TR303 switch interface service to support DS1 ports to connect lessee's Host Digital Terminals (HDT's). Each Knology HDT requires, at a minimum, two T-1 level terminations (one incoming and one outgoing). In addition, Interstate Telephone will provide local tandem access and interexchange carrier trunk termination services.
Interconnection Services. (1) The Parties agree that each Party shall give the right to its Customer to be able to use telecommunications services provided by the other Party, provided that there is an Operational License from the Government and a written agreement in respect of the provision of such services.
(2) Each Party shall, to the best of its ability, warrant and improve the quality of the Interconnection Call transmission by exchanging information and data concerning the measurement of the Interconnection traffic.
(3) The Parties agree to determine a technical parameter and network access services for the Interconnection Call precisely and periodically in accordance with the agreed condition.
(4) The Parties agree to provide Interconnection services for telecommunications services as set forth in Schedule VI.
(5) In case types of telecommunications services referred to in paragraph (4) are new and not known yet by the public or the Customer, the Party providing such services shall socialize them to the public or Customer of the Parties. CHAPTER III CALCULATION AND FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT OF INTERCONNECTION
Interconnection Services. GTE will make interconnection arrangements available at all tandem switching and end office switching locations. At the discretion of AT&T, local interconnection may be accomplished via one-way local trunks, or two way local trunks, or AT&T may chose to deliver both local and toll traffic over the same trunk group(s). With respect to the latter scenario, AT&T will have to provide an available Percent Local Usage (PLU) to facilitate billing if it desires application of the local interconnection rate. Prices and terms for Interconnection Services are specified in Appendix 4 to this Attachment 14.
Interconnection Services. 10.1 The Service Schedules attached hereto provide details of the Interconnection Services offered by TVL. These schedules include:

10.4 The Parties shall agree on the Service Schedules that form part of the Interconnection Agreement. Services defined in Service Schedules forming part of TVL’s published Reference Interconnection Offer may be added to this list by agreement at later dates.
10.5 TVL subject to agreement of the terms of interconnection and processes incorporated in these documents and its attachments shall connect and use its reasonable endeavours to keep connected the TVL Network to the OLO Network. The OLO subject to agreement of the terms of interconnection and processes incorporated in these documents and its attachments shall connect and use its reasonable endeavours to keep connected the OLO Network to the TVL Network. Although both Parties will use their reasonable endeavours to maintain connections neither Party makes any representation or gives any warranty in relation to this.

CLEC’s PLU determination shall be subject to reasonable audit by NEVADA pursuant to Section 10 of this Agreement.
4.2 Prices and terms for interconnection services are specified in Attachment 18 and this Attachment 8, including, without limitation, the calculation of applicable charges for the completion of toll and local traffic when NEVADA’s LSNE is used, the manner for determining when reciprocal compensation applies for the exchange of local traffic, and the reciprocal compensation rates for local and toll traffic.
Interconnection Services. 10.99.1 The Service Schedules attached hereto provide details of the Interconnection Services offered by TVL. These schedules include:
Interconnection Services. Except to the extent expressly set forth herein or in any Service Order Form, Customer shall not be entitled to (i) access or use outside of the Space any space, conduits, innerducts, shafts, risers, fiber, wiring or cabling; (ii) make connections with any other customer or other party in connection with the data center or building; or (ii) use or consume any power, electricity, water, gas or other utilities or services. Notwithstanding the foregoing limitation, upon Xxxxxxxx’s request, TDC covenants and agrees to provide Customer, subject to availability, with interconnection to carriers and other third parties on an open and non- discriminatory basis, and on the rates and terms set forth in a Service Order Form. The term of the license of any such cross connections shall commence on the date of installation (or the first date of use, if earlier) and shall continue during the remainder of the term of the Service Order Form. If Customer terminates the license of any such cross connection prior to the end of the term as specified in the applicable Service Order Form, the Customer will pay TDC an early termination penalty equal to the sum of ten percent (10%) multiplied by the MRC for such cross connection multiplied by the number of months from the Service Commencement Date to the termination date of the cross connection. Customer has the option to switch cross connection to another cross connection vendor without any penalty or charge, provided the term of the new cross connection matches the remainder of the term of the Service Order Form. All cross connections shall be subject to the consent of the other party located at the TDC Facility with whom Customer wishes to connect. TDC may, from time to time, audit Customer’s cross connections and other connections relating to the Space, and may enter the Space to do so. Customer shall reasonably cooperate with TDC in connection with any such audit.
