New Services Queue definition

New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on March 31 and September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.
New Services Queue. All” shall mean all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each threesix-month period ending on January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.
New Services Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on April 30March 31 and October 31September 30 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

Examples of New Services Queue in a sentence

  • Each January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the three-month period ending on such date.

  • All customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • All Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each three-month period ending on January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • An Interconnection Customer entering the New Services Queue on or after October 1, 2012 with a proposed new Customer Facility that has a Maximum Facility Output equal to or greater than 100 MW shall install and maintain, at its expense, phasor measurement units (PMUs).

  • A Project Developer entering the New Services Queue on or after October 1, 2012, with a proposed new Generating Facility that has a Maximum Facility Output equal to or greater than 100 MW shall install and maintain, at its expense, phasor measurement units (“PMUs”).

  • The following provision applies to Interconnection Requests which have entered the New Services Queue prior to February 1, 2011: DocuSign Envelope ID: D5CDFC9A-AF1C-41ED-B093-CB153FCBC98A and the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider shall have the right to attend and observe, and to obtain the written results of, such testing.

  • This section does not apply if the Interconnection Request is for an incremental increase in generating capability.} {For new wind or non-synchronous generation facilities which have entered the New Services Queue prior to May 1, 2015, follow the following requirements associated with new wind and non-synchronous generation facilities.

  • The transition period shall begin with the 2025/2026 Delivery Year and end based on the period of time required to process a New Service Request for additional Capacity Interconnection Rights for a resource in the New Services Queue such that the additional Capacity Interconnection Rights are eligible to participate in RPM Auctions, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • The following provision applies to Interconnection Requests which have entered the New Services Queue prior to February 1, 2011: DocuSign Envelope ID: 3CE6333E-2E42-48C4-9B8D-9F7EE0C6DD21 and the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider shall have the right to attend and observe, and to obtain the written results of, such testing.

  • Notwithstanding the above, an Interconnection Customer that submits a New Service Request prior to March 3, 2023 into the New Services Queue to increase the Capacity Interconnection Rights of a resource shall be eligible for a transitional system capability study during a transition period as further detailed in the PJM Manuals.

Related to New Services Queue

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.

  • NEW SERVICE means a service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply we previously have not reviewed to determine if the service is eligible for coverage under this plan. NON-NETWORK PHARMACY is any pharmacy that has not entered into a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan.

  • New Service Queue means all Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each six-month period ending on April 30 and October 31 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
