Authorized Services means those cellular and broadband PCS services which Carrier may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Laws, including the Act, and that are considered to be CMRS.

Authorized Services means those services that WSP may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Law, including the Act, and that are CMRS. This Agreement is solely for the exchange of WSP’s Authorized Services traffic between the Parties. For avoidance of doubt, this Agreement will apply only to CMRS traffic that originates from or terminates to a Wireless Phone Handset via the WSP or an MVNO. Authorized Services does not include landline originated services.

Authorized Services means those services eligible to be funded by CFD No. 95 in accordance with the Act, including, but not limited to, fire protection and suppression services, maintenance and lighting of parks, parkways, streets, roads and open space, flood and storm protection services and maintenance and operation of any real property or other tangible property with an estimated useful life of five or more years that is owned by the City.

Authorized Services means those one-way paging services which Carrier may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Laws, including the Act, and that are considered to be CMRS.

Authorized Services means any and all services performed by any Authorized User for the Water System for or in connection with the Water System’s use of the Software or Documentation in accordance with this Agreement, including any services comprising or relating to the analysis, development, delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, support, repair, storage, copying, reproduction, modification, enhancement, improvement, or disaster recovery of, or training of Authorized Users concerning, the Software or Documentation.

Authorized Services means the public services authorized to be funded by CFD No. 2015-2 as set forth in the documents adopted by the Council when CFD No. 2015-2 was formed.

Authorized Services means those services and supports authorized pursuant to Section 25.5-10-206, C.R.S., which the Department shall provide directly or purchase subject to available appropriations for persons who have been determined to be eligible for such services and supports and as specified in the eligible person's individualized plan.
