Authorized Services definition

Authorized Services shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.

Authorized Services means those cellular and broadband PCS services which Carrier may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Laws, including the Act, and that are considered to be CMRS.

Authorized Services means those services eligible to be funded by CFD No. 87 in accordance with the Act, including, but not limited to, fire protection and suppression services, maintenance and lighting of parks, parkways, streets, roads and open space, flood and storm protection services and maintenance and operation of any real property or other tangible property with an estimated useful life of five or more years that is owned by the City.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prohibit Sprint from using Interconnection Facilities to deliver any Authorized Services traffic to or from any Third-Party.

• T 9-STATE shall charge the other for its portion of the Fiber Meet facility used exclusively for the exchange of Authorized Services traffic.

• Manager identified in Exhibit A may purchase on behalf of Sprint, services offered to Sprint in this Agreement at the same rates, terms and conditions that such services are offered to Sprint provided that such services should only be purchased to provide Authorized Services under this Agreement by Sprint, Sprint’s Affiliate and its Network Managers.

More Definitions of Authorized Services

Authorized Services means those services that WSP may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Law, including the Act, and that are CMRS. This Agreement is solely for the exchange of WSP’s Authorized Services traffic between the Parties. For avoidance of doubt, this Agreement will apply only to CMRS traffic that originates from or terminates to a Wireless Phone Handset via the WSP or an MVNO. Authorized Services does not include landline originated services.

Authorized Services means any and all services performed by any Authorized User for the Water System for or in connection with the Water System’s use of the Software or Documentation in accordance with this Agreement, including any services comprising or relating to the analysis, development, delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, support, repair, storage, copying, reproduction, modification, enhancement, improvement, or disaster recovery of, or training of Authorized Users concerning, the Software or Documentation.

Authorized Services means the public services authorized to be funded by CFD No. 2015-2 as set forth in the documents adopted by the Council when CFD No. 2015-2 was formed.
