Authorized Services definition

Authorized Services shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.

Authorized Services means those services that WSP may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Law, including the Act, and that are CMRS. This Agreement is solely for the exchange of WSP’s Authorized Services traffic between the Parties. For avoidance of doubt, this Agreement will apply only to CMRS traffic that originates from or terminates to a Wireless Phone Handset via the WSP or an MVNO. Authorized Services does not include landline originated services.

Authorized Services means those narrowband or broadband PCS services (excluding paging) which Carrier may lawfully provide pursuant to Applicable Laws, including the Act, and that are considered to be CMRS.

Examples of Authorized Services in a sentence

• SAP and Provider agree to collaborate on a non-exclusive basis as detailed in this Agreement, to enable the provision of Authorized Services by Provider.

• Under the terms of this Agreement, Provider shall not be allowed to Use Software for its own internal operational needs or to provide Authorized Services to Provider, Provider Affiliates, any entity controlling Provider, or any entities controlled by a common entity as Provider.

• Prior Authorized Services — In-Plan Services, determined to be Medically Necessary, the utilization of which the PH-MCO manages in accordance with Department-approved Prior Authorization policies and procedures.

More Definitions of Authorized Services

Authorized Services means any and all services performed by any Authorized User for the Water System for or in connection with the Water System’s use of the Software or Documentation in accordance with this Agreement, including any services comprising or relating to the analysis, development, delivery, installation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, support, repair, storage, copying, reproduction, modification, enhancement, improvement, or disaster recovery of, or training of Authorized Users concerning, the Software or Documentation.

Authorized Services means those services eligible to be funded by CFD No. 87 in accordance with the Act, including, but not limited to, fire protection and suppression services, maintenance and lighting of parks, parkways, streets, roads and open space, flood and storm protection services and maintenance and operation of any real property or other tangible property with an estimated useful life of five or more years that is owned by the City.

Authorized Services means those services authorized to be funded by CFD No. 2006-1 as set forth in the documents adopted by the City Council when the CFD was formed.

Authorized Services means those services that are authorized to be funded by CFD No. 2005-1.
