MAINTENANCE OF CONDITIONS. Wages, hours and conditions of employment legally in effect at the execution of this Agreement shall, except as improved herein, be maintained during the term of this Agreement. No employee shall suffer a reduction in such benefits as a consequence of the execution of this Agreement.
MAINTENANCE OF CONDITIONS. Section 1. No employee shall be unfavorably affected by the signing of this Agreement as to wages, hours, or other conditions of employment except as may be established by the terms of this Agreement.
