Board Policy. This Agreement constitutes Board policy for the term of said Agreement, and the Board shall carry out the commitments contained herein and give them full force and effect as Board policy.

Board Policy. 28.1 The parties recognize that many Board policies, regulations and practices have a direct impact on the conditions under which teachers must carry out their duties. Though the development and implementation of these policies are the responsibility of the Board, for which they are held accountable under the School Act, it is the desire of the Board to obtain meaningful input from teachers, as professionals in such development. Towards this end, the parties agree to the following:
Board Policy. This provision shall prevail over conflicting provisions within Board Policy.
