Google Services definition

Google Services means Google websites, applications, products and services, including but not limited to the YouTube Website, applications, APIs, embeds, and any of the foregoing that are made available for syndication.
Google Services means websites, products or services owned or operated by a Defendant, including but not limited to the Google Consumer Flight Search Service.
Google Services means the services defined as “Google Service(s)” hereunder which are provided in connection with this Agreement.

Examples of Google Services in a sentence

  • This Order Form, including the terms and conditions hereunder, shall be governed by and incorporates by reference the Google Services Agreement between Google and Customer with the GSA Effective Date set forth in the Cover Page of this Order Form (the “GSA”).

  • We warrant that (i) the Services shall perform materially in accordance with the User Guide, and (ii) subject to Section 5.3 (Google Services), the functionality of the Services will not be materially decreased during a subscription term.

  • If Customer wishes to access Google Services in this Rider through a Customer Desktop Application, then Customer will request approval from Google and provide all reasonable information (about the Customer Desktop Application and how Customer proposes to access, render, and display the Google Services from the Customer Desktop Application) requested by Google to enable Google to evaluate the Customer Desktop Application.

  • Google will have an initial approval right prior to Customer’s commercial launch with respect to Customer’s implementation of the Google Services under this Rider.

  • As between Google and Provider, Google has the sole right and decision making authority with respect to the design, appearance, functionality, hosting, performance, and maintenance of the YouTube Website, and all other Google Services.

  • As described in this Rider of the Agreement, Customer agrees to offer the following other Google Services to Desktop Device Subscribers and Phone Device Subscribers, except to the extent that it is not reasonable, as defined in Section 2 below, for Customer to offer these other Google Services.

  • Furthermore, prior to Customer’s initial launch of the Google Services on each Site, Google shall have the right to review and approve the means used by Customer to deploy the Google Services on each Site with such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • This Order Form, including the terms and conditions hereunder, shall be governed by and incorporated by reference the Google Services Agreement between Google and Customer with the GSA Effective Date set forth above (“GSA”).

  • Google agrees that the Google Services provided under this Rider shall not (a) facilitate or promote illegal activity or contain content that is illegal, (b) contain content, material, or information that is defamatory, obscene, distasteful, racially or ethnically offensive, harassing, or that is discriminatory based upon race, gender, color, creed, age, sexual orientation, or disability, or (c) contain sexually suggestive or explicit content (collectively, the “Content Standards”).

  • Except as set forth in Exhibit 1, neither party shall be required to account to the other or otherwise make any payment to the other in respect of the Google Services or Google Applications implemented by this Rider G.


More Definitions of Google Services

Google Services means products offered by Google for use by the general Canadian public, including but not limited to:
Google Services means the YouTube Website and other Google websites, products and services. "Playback Pages" are pages on the YouTube Website that stream, at no cost to the user, the selected Provider Content.
Google Services means Google’s products and services, including, without limitation, any products and services accessible through any Web site located at a Google-owned domain, including all sub-domains and directories thereof, and all successor sites thereto (the “Google Sites”) and any Google syndication sites and services. Google may use consultants and other contractors in connection with the performance of obligations and exercise of rights under this Agreement, provided that such consultants and contractors will be subject to the same obligations as Google. The license granted hereunder may not be sublicensed by Google, except to its affiliates and its syndication partners in connection with their use of the Google Services.
Google Services means the Chrome Management Console for Business and Education Services provided by Google to an End User or as described at the following URL: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇?▇▇=▇▇. or such other URL as Google may provide, and provided by Avaya as part of the Bundle.

Google Services means services offered by Google LLC (or any of its Affiliates), including the Google Cloud Platform Services, Google Workspace services, Google Maps Platform services. “Government Official” means any officer, director or employee of any Governmental Entity. Without limiting the foregoing, “Government Official” includes any government officer, director or employee, any officer, director or employee of any government-controlled entity or public international organization, any officer, director or employee of a government-owned or -controlled (in whole or in part) business, corporation, organization or entity, any Person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any Governmental Entity or any political party, party official or candidate for public office. “Governmental Entity” means any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign, multinational, national, regional, provincial or other (a) government or governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental agency, branch, department, official, entity or self-regulatory organization and any court or other tribunal); (b) governmental or similar body exercising, or entitled to exercise, any administrative, executive, judicial, legislative, arbitral, police, regulatory, or taxing authority or power of any nature, including any arbitral tribunal thereof; or (c) agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of any federal, state, province, local, municipal or foreign government or other political subdivision or otherwise, or any officer or official thereof with requisite authority. “Governmental Order” means any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination or award entered by or with any Governmental Entity. “Gross-Up Amount” means an amount equal to $9,362,901. “Hazardous Materials” means: (a) any material, substance, chemical, waste, product, derivative, compound, mixture, solid, liquid, mineral or gas, in each case, whether naturally occurring or manmade, that is hazardous, acutely hazardous, toxic, or words of similar import or regulatory effect under Environmental Laws; and (b) any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, and polychlorinated biphenyls. “HSR Act” means the ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and ...

Related to Google Services

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
