Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.

Examples of Free Services in a sentence

  • Unless you purchase a subscription to the applicable Service before the end of the free trial, all of your data in the Free Services may be permanently deleted at the end of the trial, and we will not recover it.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement or this section, this Section 3.5 does not apply to our Free Services.

  • Any trial access to the Free Services is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, and we may suspend, limit, or terminate the Free Services for any reason at any time without notice and for any reason, and we will not be liable to you for damages of any kind related to your use of the Free Services during the free trial period.

  • If you register for a free trial, we will make the applicable Free Services available to you on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of (i) the end of the free trial period (if not terminated earlier) or (ii) the start date of your paid subscription.
