Cable Services means the transmission by cable of programs including retransmission by cable of any satellite television signals.

Cable Services means (1) the one-way transmission to Subscribers of (a) video programming, or (b) other programming service, and (2) Subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service.

• This Agreement is offered as per clause 8 of the Telecommunication ( Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection ( Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 and this agreement is without prejudice to the rights of DEN and subject to any order passed in Civil Appeal No. 007326-007327 of 2018 pending before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Cable Services means the one-way transmission of video programming, or other programming service for commercial purposes, including any subscriber interaction necessary for the selection or use of such programming.

Cable Services means the one-way or two way transmission to or from subscribers of video programming, or other cable system services (including music) and subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming or service which constitute cable services under the Cable Act.

By way of example, and not of limitation, the term Cable Services may include cable television, satellite master antenna television, multipoint distribution systems, video dialtone, open video system or any combination thereof.

Cable Services shall have the meaning provided under Federal law and regulations.

Cable Services means services, present or future, which are provided by the grantee’s cable communication system to its subscribers located in the franchise area, which are transmitted and distributed by means of cable located at least partially in or over the public rights-of-way of the City, and for which a fee is charged to the subscribers. The terms shall include, but not be limited to:
