Examples of Governmental Order in a sentence
Except as set forth in Section 4.02 of the Disclosure Schedules, no consent, approval, Permit, Governmental Order, declaration or filing with, or notice to, any Governmental Authority is required by or with respect to Buyer in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, except for such filings as may be required under the HSR Act.
The Seller is not subject to any outstanding or prospective Governmental Order (including any motion or petition therefor) that does or could reasonably be expected to restrict or impair the ownership or use of any Company Intellectual Property owned by the Seller or Licensed Intellectual Property.
