All such markings and rights were properly asserted and justified under the Government Contracts, and no Governmental Entity, prime contractor, or higher-tier subcontractor has challenged or, to the Knowledge of the Seller, has any basis for challenging, the markings and rights asserted by the Seller or any Transferred Subsidiary, as applicable.
