Entitlement to Vacation Leave With Pay. An employee is entitled to vacation leave with pay to the extent of the employee’s earned credits but an employee who has completed three months of continuous employment may receive an advance of credits equivalent to the anticipated credits for the vacation year. If, at the end of a vacation year, an employee’s entitlement to vacation leave with pay includes a fractional entitlement of less or more than one half ) day, the entitlement shall be increased to the nearest one half day. Scheduling of Vacation Leave With Pay Employees are expected to take all their vacation leave during the vacation year in which it is earned. The employer will not unreasonably deny leave to employees, given reasonable notice.
