Vacation Year definition

Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the last day of March of the following calendar year.

Vacation Year means the period from January 1st to December 31st inclusive.

Vacation Year. For the purposes of this article a vacation year shall be the calendar year commencing January 1st and ending December 31st.

Examples of Vacation Year in a sentence

For the purpose of this Agreement, the Vacation Year shall mean the 12- month period from July 1st to June 30th, inclusive.
For the purpose of this Agreement, the Vacation Year shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1st to December 31st; inclusive.
First Vacation Year - The first vacation year is the calendar year in which the employee's first anniversary falls.
Section 18.1 Vacation Year The vacation year for members shall end at midnight on December 31 of each year.
