Customer Handbook definition

Customer Handbook of Cedelbank shall be applicable to transfers of beneficial interests in the Global Notes that are held by the Holders through Euroclear or Cedel.
Customer Handbook means the Bank’s BUSINESS ON LINE manual including any amendments or additions thereto from time to time issued to the Customer by the Bank which describes the operation of the Services, together with guidelines in respect of use by the Customer.
Customer Handbook of Cedel Bank shall be applicable to transfers of beneficial interests in the Regulation S Temporary Global Note and the Regulation S Permanent Global Notes that are held by Participants through Euroclear or Clearstream.
