Each Customer Omnibus Account constitutes a banking relationship between Custodian and the relevant Bank and shall not constitute a custodial relationship between Client and Bank.
Client’s rights in the Customer Omnibus Accounts are limited to the specific amount of Fiat Currency Custodian custodies on Client’s behalf, as may be limited under this Agreement and by Applicable Law.
